Been up and running since 7am and didn't get home until 1030pm. Started this workout thinking it would be a light day (-15k) but no go. Felt great once I got in and stuck with the 32 for everything except the swings. I wanna work up to 10 mins of swings with the 24kg before I move to the 32kg.
