Ttl: 30 reps

Seesaw press:
3x16 @ 2x24kg

Row:
3x14 @ 2x24kg

SQ:
30 reps @ 2x32kg

Trying to get faster with the comp load.  This was enjoyable.  I felt like I had another 2 mins in before form would begin to deteriorate.  I will take it.
