Final KB workout stateside. Traveling tomorrow. Warmup LCPP: 12 mins @ 32kg; 6 rpm SQ: 50 reps @ 22kg Stretching Wanted a low and slow set. This felt good. Hopefully I will have some bells where I’m going.
