Felt pretty good today despite the LC getting me a tad winded. I'm back on the wagon with LC after having a week or two with not a decent workout in sight. I am kinda in one of the lows with my training motivation so I am going to just have to grin and bear it for awhile. Going to try and throw in some different things to keep the ADD at bay while still getting my LC in.
