Swapped to the barefoot sandals so I’m taking it slow. Calves are already sore.
Toe/foot numbness seems to be getting a bit better. Been wearing the barefoot sandals instead of my hokas.
Woke up this morning to a sore left shoulder. Must’ve slept on it wrong. No HSN work today, just stretching.
